Refunds Policy

Due to the unique nature of our handmade custom products, please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the problem and correct it.

Natural scratches, blemishes, blemishes on beads or pearls are not considered defects. We have a 7 day return policy for defective items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition it was received, unused and in its original packaging. Please include its original warranty card. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear.

We have a 3 day return policy if you just change your mind and need to return the item, the buyer is responsible for return postage if you just change your mind. If you simply change your mind and need to return a product, please make your request by emailing islandeverjewelry@gmail.com within 3 days of receipt of the product.

We will send you a prepaid shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
